RELEASE INTO REST - GROUNDING AUTUMN RETREAT
When: Saturday, 20th September from 10:30 - 4:30 pm
Where: Worthy Earth, Dummer Down Farm, RG25 2AR (near Basingstoke)
A day of ceremony immersed in nature - to rest, reconnect & release what we no longer need.
At the beautiful Worthy Earth farm, we’ll centre our minds and bodies in autumnal nature, nurture ourselves with delicious, fresh farm food, and move gently in a beginner-friendly outdoor Tai Chi and Qigong session. Our creative and sacred Earth Altar building will reconnect us with the power of nature, and guided meditation and ceremony will help us identify and release what is stopping us from finding deep rest.

Earth Altar workshop (using some flowers and produce from the farm collected by you)
Gentle Tai Chi & Qigong (no experience needed)
Delicious, vegetarian “farm to plate” lunch

COST: £110 per person, payment plan is available.
