I have been studying transpersonal work with a traditional Mayan Cosmovision teacher since 2021 and have experienced firsthand the incredible transformations that can happen through simple and intuitive processes.

We can work somatically, with embodiment practices to uncover long-held patterns that are holding you back as well as unveiling your inner critic, nurturing your inner child and doing shadow work.
