What is craniosacral therapy?

Craniosacral therapy uses a light touch to work with the body and its innate ability to balance and restore itself. Experience relief from stress, enhanced relaxation, and improve your sleep. This gentle approach promotes physical and emotional balance, addressing issues like headaches, chronic pain, anxiety and much more.

BRINGING balance to your body's natural rhythm

It’s for everyone

I work with a  whole range of people and situations, including with babies, new mums, those in need of stress relief, trauma support and injury rehabilitation as well as end of life support.

I am registered with the Craniosacral Therapy Association and follow a rigorous Code of Ethics and Conduct and Standards of Practice and as a member, must undertake ongoing professional development and training.

I am also insured, First Aid qualified, DBS checked and I hold certification in Anatomy, Pathology and Physiology (APP).

The session was really good. The work on my head and shoulders was amazing and somehow hit the spot. Still feeling better, thank you so much.
